Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Scope
These terms govern the sale of products on www.themansionpress.com, published by Les Éditions de la Fabrique Électrique.

2. Products
Our books and art editions are described and presented as accurately as possible. Images and descriptions are non-contractual. The Mansion Press reserves the right to modify its catalog at any time.

3. Orders
Placing an order on our site implies full acceptance of these terms. Once confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email summarizing your purchase.

4. Pricing
Prices are listed in euros, all taxes included (VAT), excluding shipping fees. The Mansion Press may change its prices at any time without notice. However, products will be invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time the order is placed.

5. Payment
Payment is due immediately at checkout and can be made via credit card, PayPal, or any other method available on the site. All transactions are secure.

6. Processing and Shipping
Orders are prepared within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Shipping times are estimated as follows (after processing):
– France: 2 to 5 business days
– Europe: 3 to 10 business days
– Worldwide: 7 to 30 business days

⚠️ These delivery times do not apply to preordered items.
If your order includes a preordered item, the entire order will ship once all items are available. Estimated ship dates are listed on the product pages.

The Mansion Press is not responsible for carrier delays or customs processing. Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout; any reshipping due to incorrect address is at the buyer’s expense.

For international shipments, the customer is solely responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, handling fees, or any additional charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the purchase price and must be paid by the customer upon delivery or as required by local authorities. The Mansion Press has no control over these charges and cannot be held responsible for them.

If a shipment is refused, unclaimed, or cannot be delivered due to unpaid customs charges or incorrect/incomplete address, the package may be returned to us or destroyed by local authorities. In such cases, the original shipping costs and any return or handling fees will be deducted from any refund issued. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

7. Returns
In accordance with EU law, you have 14 days from receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal. Return shipping costs are at your expense. Items must be returned in their original condition.

This right does not apply to personalized or opened items (e.g., signed or limited editions).

8. Claims

9. Intellectual Property
All content on the site (text, images, books, logos, etc.) is the exclusive property of The Mansion Press or their respective authors. Any unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

10. Personal Data
Your personal data is used solely to process your order and will never be sold. You may request to access, modify, or delete your data at any time.

11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be preferred. Failing that, jurisdiction will reside with the appropriate courts based on the buyer’s place of residence or the place of delivery.
