Will my order have a tracking number ?
ALL orders have a tracking number. This tracking number will be sent to you automatically by email as soon as the postage label is generated.
When will my order be shipped ?
Depending on the content of your order there are two cases:
If your order contains one or more pre-ordered books, you will have to wait for all the books to be printed before shipping. You have paid the shipping costs for a single shipment.
if all the books are available, we try to prepare the orders every Monday and bring them to the carrier on Tuesday. Please keep in mind that we are a very small company and that a large influx of orders may cause the processing time to change. Thank you for your understanding
Will my order be well protected ?
We know that international transport can be a real shredder. Therefore we send books protected in suitable packaging, cardboard and properly wedged. If by some misfortune your order arrives damaged, please refer to the following question
My package is lost, what can I do ?
Don't worry, we always find a solution! First of all, please provide us with your order number (or the name with which you placed the order) and send us a complaint e-mail to email@example.com
Depending on the delay and the situation of the parcel, 2 cases are possible.
We consider that the parcel is still in transit: We ask you to wait until a certain date REASONABLE. If the package arrives, everyone is happy. If it does not arrive at its destination, we propose a reshipment or a refund via the payment method used.
If we consider that the parcel is lost as soon as you contact us, we will immediately offer you a refund or a reshipment.
My order arrived damaged. What can i do ?
Despite all our efforts, this can happen, we can not ensure the proper handling of packages by the carrier to your home. Please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and a picture clearly showing the damage of the books.
Depending on the damage to your book, we will offer you a partial or full refund or reshipment. We will only be able to accept your claim within one week of receipt of your order (tracking number as proof)
